Set up the Meeting Channel

• Create a Channel for Team Meetings

• Add folders inside for each week or meeting depending on how many different playlists are involved.

  • You could use a single playlist for each meeting and avoid weekly folders too.

• The example below has A&R weekly meeting folders and playlists for different discussions and the team leaders in-charge of that playlist.

Collaborate on the Preparation

• Each team member can create their own playlist and add it to the meeting folder
• Ask outside collaborators to deliver files in your DISCO Inboxes to make it easier to collate files for the meeting

Running the meeting

Open the Public URL for the Channel, Folder or Playlist and project or screen-share during the meeting to run through the content and stream tracks as necessary.

A team member can have DISCO open on another device to make notes on each track, or add color-coded tags etc as decisions are made.
