Create a Channel for Team Meetings
Add folders inside for each week or meeting depending on how many different playlists are involved.
The example below has A&R weekly meeting folders and playlists for different discussions and the team leaders in-charge of that playlist.

Open the Public URL for the Channel, Folder or Playlist and project or screen-share during the meeting to run through the content and stream tracks as necessary.
A team member can have DISCO open on another device to make notes on each track, or add color-coded tags etc as decisions are made.
