Customize your tag settings to save time and maximize your DISCO experience

IN THIS TUTORIAL

Can track tags download in the track metadata outside my DISCO?

The following business setting enables track tags to be written as comma separated text (Rock, Upbeat, Female vocal, Anthemic, etc) in the Comments metadata field when your playlists are downloaded or sent to other DISCOs.

• Open Settings and Account from top right corner of DISCO:

  

• Select Business Settings (only account admins can edit)

• Check the box to "Write native tags to Comments metadata field on downloaded tracks"

• Select "Update Business Settings"

• The tags are only written to the Comments metadata field when the tracks are downloaded or shared to other DISCOs.
• The tags will be appear after any other text present in the Comments field.

<aside> 💡 The track tags will NOT be visible in the Comments metadata field inside your DISCO. The tags only appear in the recipients DISCO or on the downloaded files.
