DISCO provides a range of security options to protect your playlist contents including password protection, expiring URLs, Watermarking, disabling URLs, and streaming only non-downloadable tracks.

Security Tab Features

Playlists have a range of security options that can be accessed from the Security tab in the Playlist Share area

Watermarking

• Watermark the files in your playlist to trace any illegal / unwanted leaks back to the specific contact you shared with (requires additional subscription)
• Note the "WATERMARKED" flag under the playlist name

Link expiry

• Set an expiry date for the playlist URL to be disabled
• Edit the expiry date with the pen icon to the right
• All Playlist URLs Regular and Assigned will become inaccessible on this date

Password Protection

• Password protect the playlist URL (you must share the password separately)
• You can't set a different password for each recipient so the password is the same for everyone you share the playlist with.

Streaming only

• Set to Streaming Only to remove all download and Save to DISCO options.
