If you use Box to store or send files and would like to import those files into DISCO, you need to download them to a hard drive first. Read on to learn how to use the Box Sync tool to pull all the files down

Un-sync any existing Box folders

Before you do anything, log in to Box online
There is a Synced menu on the left side bar where you can see existing synced folders.

Make sure that no folders are currently set to Sync.

Set up the Box Sync App

Attach a large hard drive to your computer with plenty of free space (you do not want it to max out the hard drive capacity halfway through a sync).
Download the Box Sync app
Log in to the Box Sync app

Choose the location of the Box download folder on the new Hard Drive.
You should NOT sync to your computer incase you run out of space.
